Art. 1 – ORGANISATION

Asd Rally Club 70 organises, with the participation of Vicenza Automobile Club, an international automobile historic regularity rally, denominated “Coppa Attilio Bettega 2024” which will be held from February  17 to February 18 2024 in Bassano del Grappa (Italy). The above competition takes place in accordance with the International Sporting Code and its annexes (as enforceable), National Sporting Rules and its annexes (as enforceable), and the present Regulations.

Art. 2 – ITINERARY

Competitors in the “Coppa Attilio Bettega 2024” will follow a fixed 353 km itinerary which includes 10 regularity stages (P.M.). The average target time is imposed by the Organisers and it doesn’t exceed 50 Kph. The exact itinerary and time-schedules are to be found in the annex adjoined to this document.

Art. 3 – ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

Eligible vehicles must comply with the prescriptions of appendix K of the International Sporting Code for Periods 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 (from 1952 to 1990). Cars from foreign countries which are not provided with the above mentioned documents may also be admitted. A signed declaration by the competitor will be required stating details of the Classification Period. Declarations will be subject to the Organisers’ approval. Single seat cars are excluded.
The Selection Committee will decide the eligibility of participating vehicles. The committee’s decision is final and without appeal.
All cars must have a registration number and must be in conformity with the Highway Code.
Borderline cases will be decided by the Sole Judge in consultation with the Scrutineers.

Art. 4 – ELIGIBLE COMPETITORS

All persons, or legal entities, holding CSAI competitor/driver licences or CSAI regularity licences are admissible . Also valid are NSA licences. No more than two people are permitted on board the car. The two people must hold one of the above licences. No co-pilot may be under the age of 14. Foreign competitors National Sporting licences ACI SPORT (regularity licence) may be granted on-site at the event (50 Euro person). Where the competitor is a legal entity, or in any case not part of the crew, the first driver named on the entry form will be held solely responsible for all the liabilities and obligations of the competitor, throughout the driving time. Any incorrect, fraudulent or unsporting action carried out by the competitor or members of the crew will be judged by the Sole Judge who will impose penalties which may go as far as exclusion.

Art. 5 – ENTRIES

Competitors wishing to participate must complete the request form and return it to: Asd Rally Club 70 – Via Roma, 121/b – 36060 Romano d’Ezzelino – Fax. +39.0424/512322 Tel: +39.333/6841160 from January 01 2024 to february 02 2024. Enclosed must be: photocopy of one of the above mentioned document for the car and the registration fee. Entry requests may in no way be modified excepting in the mode specified by the present regulations. By the very fact of signing the entry form, the competitor and all crew members submit themselves to the sporting juridictions specified in the International Sporting Code and to the prescriptions of the present regulations.

Art. 6 – ENTRY FEES

Entry fees are Euro 430,00 per car envoyed to Volksbank (agenzia di Romano d’Ezzelino) Iban Code: IT03K0585660900166571049304 SWIFT / BIC: BPAAIT2B. Entry requests will not be accepted if the entry fee is not enclosed. Entry fees include an insurance premium which guaranties the competitor cover for civil liability towards third, the rally plate, competition numbers and the other documents issued for the race. The dinner on saturday 17/02 and refreshment points.

Art. 7 – SCRUTINEERING

All competitors participating in the event must arrive at pre-rally scrutineering with full crew and car in accordance with the scheduled time table. Any car reporting to the scrutineering area outside the prescribed time limits will not be allowed to start, excepting a case of “force majeure” duly recognised as such by the Sole Judge. Pre-rally verifications will include the identities of crew and car. The car must be accompanied by its CSAI or FIA Historic Vehicle Identity Form or similar document. Technical verification of the car, which must be in perfect administrative and mechanical order, will comprise checks of: – steering – brakes – brake lights – indicators – lighting system – external driving mirrors. Cars judjed insufficiently safe will not be admitted to the start.

Art. 8 – CLASSIFICATION

Penalties are expressed in points. The final classification shall be determined by addition of all the penalties. The crew with the lowest total shall be proclaimed overallwinner, the next lowest second, the third lowest third, and so on. The division and class results shall be determined on the same basis. In the case of a draw, the competitor who accomplished the lowest penalty over the first stage will be awarded the victory. If this is not sufficient for a decision between drawn competitors, the second and third stages etc. will be taken into consideration. Final results will be published as stated in the event programme; 30 mins after the above publication the results become final.

Art. 9 – PRIZE-GIVING

The prizes will be awarded on February  Sunday 18 at 10.30 a.m. in Cassola – Hotel Glamour. All members of an award winning crew must be present at prize-giving. Crews absent from the ceremony will forfeit their right to a prize. Classification, however, will remain unchaged.
